Mr. Prashant Jadhav has been associated with the company for the past 10 years. An engineer by qualification, he brings rich industry experience, having worked with Blue Star, SKM (UAE), and FinnPower (UAE). He has been closely involved in and continues to oversee procurement, production, and overall factory administration.
Mr. Shyam Manjre has been associated with the company since its inception. An engineer by qualification with experience in large-scale industries, he has been closely involved in and continues to play a key role in ensuring efficiency in the handling of large projects, particularly across sales, design coordination, technical feasibility, and execution. He is recognized for his strong people management skills and has earned multiple accolades from customers
Mr. Rohan Mohite is an engineer by qualification with prior experience at companies such as Blue Star Ltd. He has been closely involved in and continues to lead design excellence and product development initiatives, ensuring high efficiency and innovation across all stages of the process.
With over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Prashant Kadam began his career with a multinational organization. He holds an MBA in International Marketing and brings strong hands-on expertise in HVAC system solutions, including AHU selection, application engineering support, and business development. As a core team member at Advantek, he plays a key role in driving regional sales growth and strengthening the company’s market presence as a leading AHU manufacturing organization.
